BROEI
BROEI is a vegetarian restaurant on the Oosterkade to get together or to be alone, to work, to relax, to brew or to share. BROEI's kitchen revolves around vegetables, lots of vegetables. We are continuously innovating and discovering and creating new dishes (some of which are vegan). And we put our heart and soul into it. At BROEI, they work together as much as possible with local and small-scale farmers, brewers, roasters and growers. For dairy and more we work together with de Lindenhoff. For vegetables, fruit and herbs with the Lindenhoff and De Groentenakker. The fair trade coffee comes from the men of KEEN.
BROEI also has a bakery. They make all the bread they use themselves; sourdough with flour from the Limburg Commandeursmolen, where local grains are ground between millstones. Every morning the baker of the BROEI bakery brings the bread to the restaurant and from Wednesday to Sunday you can also buy the loaves separately in the restaurant.
